Main features of the Process Management (BPM) Module

  • Option to set sequential and parallel tasks.
  • Option to define personalized fields for the collection of information in each task, using a form that can contain required fields for each case. These fields can be opened or used to collect information from any of the LIBRA files, both master files and transaction files.
  • Option to export or import processes and option to adapt from defined processes.
  • Option to nest processes inside larger ones.
  • Option to integrate any program of any LIBRA module as part of a process.
  • Option to link process tasks to individuals as well as teams of people.
  • Document management associated with flow design, to be able to attach documents relevant to each process (eg. work instructions, flowcharts, etc.).
  • The task manager performs the execution of the process according to the design performed.
  • Each user has a pending process panel that provides direct access to the list of tasks that you can assume and perform.
  • The system allows different functions associated to the different roles that a user can have (group manager or normal user). In this way, a properly authorized user can reassign or remove a task from another user’s panel.
  • It takes advantage of the information gathered in previous tasks of the process, avoiding having to re-enter data that the BPM already has.
  • There is the option of monitoring the processes, which provides a visual status of each, including: the phases through which it has passed, the users who have participated in it, the situation in which it is currently, etc.
  • Option to establish follow-up indicators at the process and task level.
  • It facilitates the control of process management indicators such as execution times, waiting times, number of processes in each of the states, etc.
