EDISA has developed this Practical Guide on business management software, ERP, CRM, BPM, B.I.
It is a very practical document, 135 pages long, aimed at teachers, students and also professionals interested in business management software, which seeks to answer the main issues related to information systems for business management.
- The first part of the guide is about 50 pages, which includes the presentation of the main concepts and the material we recommend for presentation and exposure to students, including case studies on business management systems.
- The second part of the guide includes a complete functional description of a management system, including all the usual modules. This description has been based on the functionality of the LIBRA system.
- The third part is a glossary of terms related to business management systems, to assist the reader in understanding the document.
