Alert Management LIBRA ERP

The Alert Management module allows you to manage notifications of tasks or specific circumstances that affect any company process (eg: purchase / sale orders pending authorization, expired products, projects close to their end date, etc.).

It is a utility of great interest for the day-to-day of the company, which will automate the issuance of alerts that can be addressed to any LIBRA user by email or by sending messages to mobile phones.

Alerts are set based on any value of the data stored in the database in any of the tables. It can be integrated into any LIBRA module.

Main features of the Alert Management Module:

  • Free parameterization of each alert (recipients, text, attached documentation, etc.). Possibility of sending email messages in html format.
  • The alerts module integrates with the report generator, allowing you to attach reports made with the report generator in spreadsheet format.
  • Full control of the alert is added from your PL / SQL code, change alert text, change recipients, etc.
  • Option to export alerts in SQL format.
  • You can parameterize an alert that will be invoked automatically when the execution exceeds a certain time threshold.
  • There is an alert monitor that allows monitoring of all alerts: users who receive them, generation conditions, last generated alert messages.
